mid-Round 2

Aamir and Ryan have won the first games.  Slav has almost run his opponent out of time already.  On the other hand, Ahmed has only a few minutes of time left, but he has captured both rooks and a knight unanswered, so he should be mopping up in a few more minutes.  Our first three boards are all up on time, and Liang is ahead a knight, which should be too much for his opponent.  Alex, however, appears to be in trouble, with his opponent ahead by a rook to a bishop, plus three pawns.
